Oppo Find X2 Pro Unboxing

This is brand new Oppo Find X2 Pro. I've actually been directly involved during the announcement and keynote. So if you want to check this is the article for all. So let's get to the device with features. Oppo Find X2 Pro. 5G, because of course 5G supported with 12 GB and 512 GB. In the box, we get a soft clear case that is a nice touch, there's some user manual and there's a USB Type A to C cable and  a sim card tool. We get   USB Type C inner earphones with some ear tips. But more importantly, we have a 65W with VOOC 2.0 charger within box. 

Now, I believe that it is the fastest smartphone charger in the world, it is able to top up the Find X2 Pro from zero to 100% in just 40 minutes, which is very good. . Let's now to go to the main device. So we'll get rid of the plastic. So, here it is, this looks really awesome and cool. We get really a premium build quality as there is a  metal frame and then we get a ceramic back on this version with IP68 water and dust resistant facility. One of the main key features of the Find X2 Pro is its display. Hence, Oppo company called a 120Hz Ultra vision screen. Now this looks absolutely beautiful, it's a curved OLED display, 120 hertz refresh rate, but with a Quad HD+ resolution. So we see that 120 Hz displays. I believe that this is the world's first display on a smartphone that has 120 Hz at Quad HD+. 

Now it means that things which are not only going to be very smooth, thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate with 240 Hz touch sensitivity. But they're also going to be super sharp. It has 513ppi (pixel per intensity). It has a 6.78 inch curved display with a high screen to body ratio and with minimal bezels and a punch out. This display can go up to 1,200 nits of brightness when we are viewing HDR mode content. And I think it is safe to say that this is really best displays on the market until now. Now you might be thinking, Quad HD+ resolution with the 120Hz refresh rate, how does it effect battery life? 

We'll please wait and see one thing that's interesting is that Oppo have thought about this & implemented adaptive refresh rate and adaptive screen resolution.

Now, if you've already got static content, that doesn't really need 120 hertz right? It can switch back to 60 Hz, and if you're watching a Full HD video, not a Quad HD video, then again it's not going to need to use all resolution, and that would help to get good battery life. This is something that we're going to have to test while using this handset day to day. Now looking to the backside we've seen absolutely cool texture.  Unfortunately, I'm unsure if you can hear that. So please cool. Now this gives really nice look in it & it also gives it a bit more grip. Next, we've got the camera modules. Now let's talk what the features of camera? 

So the primary camera is 48 MP with OIS(optical image stabilization). It's got a large sensor size, hence Oppo Find X2 Pro really going for low light performance here. Then we've got a 48MP ultra wide camera. So the ultra wide camera also has high resolution with around a 120 degree angle of view. And then we have a 13 megapixel telephoto camera with OIS. It's got a rectangular shape due to it's using periscope technology & also mirrors to give you around 10X hybrid zoom to allow to get in very close to your subjects. Now let's take a look around the device. And within the display, that is the front facing camera, 32MP. And then we have an in display fingerprint scanner which works smoothly. 

This phone has stereo speakers, here one speaker is in earpiece & then another is in one bottom firing. At the bottom as well as that there is a facility of USB Type C input & then there is the SIM card tray. 

                   On the top we have only a mic. On the left hand side we've got the volume buttons & on the right hand side we have the power button. Now looking at the internals, this is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, its got up to 12GB of LPDRR5 RAM, so that's the latest RAM that you're getting as well, and up to 512GB of storage, so performance should not be a problem.

    

 In addition to that we do have the X55 modem & this is going to enable 5G that you're getting 5G out of the box. It supports both a non standalone and standalone and you should get some decent coverage. And we do have a 4,260 mAh Lithium Polymer battery, I'm going to have to feed back on that after using this for some time. But once again we do have that 65 watt Super VOOC 2.0 which is really insane, so that are going to allow you from zero to 100% in around 40 minutes. No wireless charging is avand for software we do have Android 10 with ColorOS version 7.1. Hence, the Oppo Find X2 Pro is a very interesting and promising with good stylish device.
